Q. How do I obtain a back issue of Dell Horoscope magazine or purchase an individual issue?
A. You may call 1-800-220-7443 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time and speak to a Customer Service Representative. Before you call, make sure you know exactly which issue(s) you wish to purchase and have your American Express, VISA or MasterCard ready.
Q. When I order a subscription to Dell Horoscope magazine, will I also receive the Yearbook as part of it?
A. Yes! The Yearbook is published once a year and you will receive it as part of your subscription, typically in October.
Q. I ordered my subscription about a month ago, and I haven't received my first issue yet. When should I expect it?
A. You should allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of your first issue.
Q. I ordered some non-subscription products about a month ago, and I haven't received them yet. When should I expect them?
A. You should allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We use the U.S. Postal Service, the most reliable and cost-effective service available. However, if you didn't request that your product be shipped via priority mail, sufficient time must be allowed for it to be delivered. If you do not receive the package within the standard delivery period, please email Sandy Marlowe at email@example.com. Include your name, address, and the item you purchased, and Sandy will follow up on your order.
Q. I recently ordered a package from your company and have received the wrong thing. What happens now?
A. Very rarely, a customer receives an item he or she didn't order. Please email Sandy your name, address, and the item(s) you purchased and she will arrange to have the correct products sent to you. Also, Sandy will let you know the best way to return the unwanted item.
Q. I love receiving Dell Horoscope Magazine in the mail each month. I don't want to miss even one issue and want to be sure to renew in time. How can I tell when it expires?
A. Your magazine's expiration date appears on the shipping label. You will be notified by mail several months prior to the expiration date.
Q. The magazine to which I subscribed isn’t what I was looking for. Can I get my money back?
A. If at any time you’re not completely delighted with the magazines you receive, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund on all unmailed issues. Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite service, be sure to include the title of the magazine, as well as your name, mailing address, and customer number (located on your mailing label).
