Your Astrologer...
Ronnie Grishman
Editor-in-Chief of Horoscope
...at a recent trip to the Grand Canyon...
Hello, Reader!
Let me introduce myself. I'm the Editor-in-Chief of Horoscope Magazine,
the world's leading popular astrology magazine! I'll be celebrating 30
years with Horoscope this June and want to thank my longtime readership
for all the years we've shared and welcome new readers!
I've had to wear many hats at Horoscope over the years—writer, editor, astrologer, manager—and still love everything I do!
But writing is my passion. I currently write Horoscope Magazine's
12 monthly Sun-Sign forecasts and the Self-Guidance Chart. Some of my
other writing credits are Cosmo's 1999 Bedside Astrologer, Simon and
Schuster's 2001 The World's Best Psychic Astrologers, and a
ghostwritten five-book series of metaphysical self-help books on
developing your psychic powers. I'm in the process of writing my first
book—a combination of my personal journey and metaphysical voyage
against the backdrop of global-shifts in consciousness and social
awareness—ask me about it.
I'm also a philosopher, cosmos and consciousness explorer, meditator, I
Ching expert, astrological coach, quantum physics lover, co-creation
believer, and Reiki Master, all from an eclectic, thirty-year
metaphysical excursion that included not only astrology but comparative
religion, eastern philosophy, and psychology at Hunter College;
esoteric philosophy at The School of Practical Philosophy; Western
Hermetic Mystery Tradition training with B.O.T.A., a private mystery
school; study of the esoteric Tarot & Kabbalah; Intuitive Studies
with Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment; the
Gateway Voyage, Guidelines Program, & Peter Russell Meditation
Retreat in consciousness-expansion at The Monroe Institute; and home
study with the Rosicrucians. I also love technology and the Internet—my
Moon and Jupiter are in Aquarius!—so I'm both mystical and techno!
I live in New York City, one of the greatest cities in the world, with
my big-boy cat Max, but I'm a nature spirit and love to travel. I
especially love the southwest and have been to Arizona, New Mexico, and
the red-rock mountains of southern Utah. Wherever I go out west, I
collect rocks and stones, which sit around my apartment in exotic
bowls, plain jars, or just laid down here and there in solitary
splendor.
Now that you know a little about me, I'd love to hear from you and
learn a little about your likes and life-style or answer your questions
about me or the magazine.
